Diagnosis

Organizational diagnosis is a systematic process that evaluates the current state of an organization in terms of its structures, processes, culture, communication and performance.

Why it matters

This analysis allows us to identify strengths and weaknesses, as well as areas of opportunity to improve the general functioning of the company. It is also where every OEP engagement begins: the results are presented to you, and you decide the scope of the work that follows.

Process

Phases of organizational diagnosis

  1. Information collection

Relevant data are collected through interviews, surveys, direct observation, document analysis and other methods.

  2. Information analysis

Information is interpreted to identify patterns, recurring problems and areas that require improvement.

  3. Problem identification

Based on the analysis, the root causes of the problems that affect organizational performance are identified.

  4. Proposed solutions

Strategies are designed to address the problems detected and take advantage of opportunities for improvement.

  5. Implementation and monitoring

After the solutions are implemented, continuous monitoring ensures that the changes generate the expected results.
